The Fund's objective is to outperform the Benchmark over a rolling 3-year time frame. The Fund will primarily invest in equities and equity related securities (convertible bonds) of companies worldwide (without any particular geographic, sector or capitalisation focus) that are listed or traded on Recognised Markets worldwide.) The Investment Manager will seek to invest in companies that can sustainably grow their cash flows over time and utilise their profits to increase shareholder value as the Investment Manager believes these are the key reasons for shares to perform. The Fund is permitted to invest less than 30% of its NAV in China A shares which are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange using the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange using the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. Alternatively, the Fund may gain indirect exposure to China A shares via participatory notes issued by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and via investment in other collective investment schemes which primarily invest in China A shares.
