Health Ministry: Gaza death toll reaches 45,717

The ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza have resulted in a death toll of 45,717, with 108,856 injured since October 7, 2023, according to a daily update from the Ministry of Health in Gaza on Saturday the 456th day of the conflict.

In the past 24 hours, Israeli forces carried out four strikes described as massacres against families, leaving 59 people dead and 273 injured. Rescue teams reported difficulties accessing victims due to debris and unsafe conditions.
