FuboTV jumps 245% following merger news

Shares of FuboTV Inc. surged 245% during Monday's trading session after The Walt Disney Company revealed that it will combine its Hulu+ Live TV with Fubo.

Disney explained that "a combined virtual MVPD company" will be formed after the merger, adding that Fubo's existing management, led by CEO David Gandler, will operate the new business.

FuboTV's share skyrocketed 245.14% at 12:33 pm ET, selling for $4.9700 apiece.
