Asia trades mostly up ahead of inflation data

Major stock indexes in Asia traded mostly higher on Tuesday as investors awaited the next report on Chinese consumer and producer prices due on Thursday. The euro area inflation data and key jobs releases in the United States could also affect global market movements this week.
The Nikkei 225 jumped 2.41% at 3:24 am CET, the Kospi Composite added 0.98%, the S&P/ASX 200 rose by 0.30%, and the Shenzhen Composite improved by 0.33%. Meanwhile, the Shanghai Composite was flat at 3:25 am CET and the Hang Seng dropped 0.59%.
The dollar traded 0.40% higher against the yen and went for 158.26600 at 3:26 am CET.
