The investment objective of the fund is to generate long-term capital growth together with an adequate income. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets worldwide in investment instruments of a real-value nature. These include equities, inflation-indexed debt securities and other instruments such as real estate and precious metals. Other investments such as listed private equity or listed infrastructure may be added for optimisation purposes. The equity allocation is between 51% and 83%. At least 50% of investments are denominated in Swiss francs or hedged against Swiss francs. ESG criteria (environment, social, governance) are systematically taken into account in the investment selection process in accordance with responsibility requirements.
