The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least two-thirds of its total assets in equity securites of small capitalisation companies located worldwide (currently considered to be companies with market capitalisations within the market capitalisation range of the MSCI World Small Cap Index at the time of purchase). The Fund will invest in no fewer than three countries, whisch may include the United States and may invest more than 25% of its total assets in any one country and up to 10% of its total assets in emerging market equity securtities.
