Voting rights are methodically exercised and there may be engagement with companies to positively influence ESG practices. We take investment decisions on the basis of our analysis of companies' financial figures and management conditions. This analysis allows us to buy companies that are likely to experience an increase in their value or companies whose share price is undervalued in comparison to their intrinsic value.
